FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
ATTENDANCE/CANCELLATION/NO SHOW
Class attendance is the responsibility of the student. If the student is unable to attend the scheduled class, she will forfeit the deposit and/or payment.
DEPOSIT AND BALANCE
A deposit/payment is due at time of booking.
RESCHEDULE OR CANCELLATION/NO SHOW
The deposit and/or payment will be lost if the client does not show up on the day of the reserved date. In the event the attendee is unable to attend the course and wishes to reschedule for the next available date, a minimum 48 hour notice is required (NO EXCEPTIONS).'
The course rescheduling fee is $100 and is not applied to the cost of your reservation.
CANCELED OR RELOCATED CLASSES
Sarias LLC/Sarias Beauty Studio reserves the right to cancel a class at its discretion. Participants will be notified and refunded 100% of the amount paid if the class is cancelled. Sarias LLC/Sarias Beauty Studio reserves the right to relocate a class if unforeseen circumstances force us to do so. Participants will be notified as soon as the new location information is confirmed and set.
NON-REFUNDABLE SERVICE
All services provided by Sarias LLC/Sarias Beauty Studio are provided on a non-refundable basis. This includes, but is not limited to, all courses, PMU services, eyelash extension services, course kit, regardless of usage.
